You can find some jobs like harvesting grapes during the summer months early Janurary and through Feburary and in Autumn as well, pruning the plants in preparation for the next harvest. This kind of jobs are very hard, because you are all day on fields and there is extremly hot.
They can you hire on a very short-term basis. You could meet some other backpckers. There are jobs on farms. Other opportunities are in hospitality, housemaids.

  Australia is the most exciting place to visit. I have seen a hostel statics and they asked people that which places are on your bucket list. (Anyway the "Bucketlist" is my favourite movie.) So like 90 % of people said Australia. Incredible natural an world heritages, cool people, "take it easy" attitude, stabil economical, tourism and mining industry.

  So one day, I just wanna pack my bag, hit the road, feel the freedom and let the adventure begin.
